Miles of Mayhem makes stop in Rimbey soon

Miles of Mayhem will be heading to Rimbey July 24. The race will begin in Saskatoon and head to Edmonton, then Rimbey, Medicine Hat and back to Saskaton again to finish off.

Miles of Mayhem will be heading to Rimbey Wednesday, July 24 on day three of Canada’s first and Alberta’s only annual drag n drive auto racing event. The race time start will be between approximately 9 a.m. to 10 a.m., until each racer has made the pass they are happy with and on to the next track. This year’s race begins at Saskatchewan International Raceway in Saskatoon, Monday, July 22, then up to Rad Torque Raceways in Leduc, then back to Central Alberta Raceways in Rimbey, then down to Medicine Hat, with their last leg ending back at SIR.

The race is expected to bring out 200 competitors, with a total driving distance of 1,800 kilometres. This unique auto event draws racers from all over Western Canada and the US, with some pretty eye catching and interesting builds to grace the track. Classes will include Outlaw, Small Tire, Pro Street, Modern Muscle, Man Pedal, Truck & SUV, 7.5 Second and Bracket, and Naturally Aspirated as the newest class added to the list.

“The most greasiest fun you’ll ever have,” as many racers have been die hard to contend for the class winners since the the inception of the event.
